about

The tribe gather around the hearth. Legends are recounted. New potentialities are sketched out in the air through the use of secret techniques. Under the spell of communal improvisation a vision emerges from the silence. The little one begins to babble and point excitedly. The emergence of this delicate new consciousness is guided safely into being under the watchful gaze of the clan. The bearded one, meditating on the far-destiny of the tribe, begins to chant of the things which are to come and of what must be done. Emerging from the trance he confronts potential challengers. Using mysterious methods he issues a defiant demonstration and clearly marks his territory in the Audioscape. The Chieftain embarks on a vision-flight and his consciousness begins to rise slowly from the circle. He continues onwards high above the forest gaining new insights from this perspective.
