i wrote this one ,a song we have recorded a few times , there is a old onion king 4 track version which i do not thnk we have ever put out ,a version Dan sings on the Its Lo-Fi Folk off album and this one . this is my fave version as it does sound like the Velvets and apart from The Debt Sounds album is one of the only other recordings done by the best line up of the bordellos which was myself Dan Ant with Gary Storey on bass. we played some quite wonderful ramshackle gigs together as a 4 piece and of course the madness that was Debt Sounds it was a sad day when Gary decided to wave goodbye after 13 years or so. . this ws recorded straight onto Ants pc using a broken webcam mic to record with .
